Hadeda is an innovative start-up technology company that will focus their efforts on bridging the gap between businesses and their technology needs. Hadeda plan to enter the market as a third-party facilitator that matches vendor companies’ business models to with client requirements through a thorough process of Techfinder.
Hadeda will serve primarily as a business-to-business marketplace (with the possibility of additionally spanning b2c in future) that allows prospective technology seeking clients to assess and compare products currently available on the market by price and functionality. Hadeda plans to focus on businesses that specialize in the FinTech solutions and service market where clients have a variety of vendors, products, and services to choose from.
Businesses that wish to list their products/services and automatically participate in RFIs can sign up as Vendors and complete the Request for Information (RFI) that identifies pertinent product features and allocates the business and its products to the categories they are associated with.
Businesses that wish to research or purchase vendors’ products/services can sign up as Consumers.
Income will be generated via the distribution of products and services, both Hadeda’s own (e.g., Techfinder) and those of third parties entering into distribution agreements with Hadeda. Additionally, insights gleaned from metrics such as user behavior, community ratings, etc., will be interpreted and offered to vendors to purchase (once-off, as whitepapers or market trend analyses etc., or as part of a subscription model).
Prospective clients (Consumers) wishing to purchase services and products will be able to do so quickly and easily at no extra cost to them, even if they approached the vendors directly.
